Matthias Thomas, scheidender CEO von INREV, bekam den Award für „Outstanding Industry Contribution“ zugesprochen. Die Jury würdigte seinen Einsatz in den sieben Jahren an der Spitze der europäischen Real Estate Organisation.

Institutionelle Anleger aus Deutschland konnten sich beim “Heimspiel” in München ebenfalls in die Siegerliste eintragen. Die Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe durfte den Award als „Real Assets & Infrastructure Investor of the Year“ mit nach Hause nehmen. Ebenso ging der Award für die beste „Opportunistic Stragegy“ an das Versorgungswerk.

Ebenfalls über zwei Awards durfte man sich bei Allianz Real Estate freuen: Die Trophäen in den Kategorien „Indirect Strategy“ und „Debt Strategy“ gingen an die Immobilientochter der Allianz Versicherungsgruppe.

Nicht in Deutschland blieb dagegen der Award für den besten Investor in der DACH-Region Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz: Dieser ging an die in Wien ansässige APK Pensionskasse.
